We are looking for Business Development Manager with clear AdTech industry sense and domain knowledge to assist the development of our fast-growing Advertising AI platform as well as our projects in the Ad ecosystem in Hong Kong & around Asia Pacific.

This position plays an integral part in the success of our team’s long-term vision, to enable AI in the online advertising world to drive client’s business growth and seize brand new opportunities for our clients.

• Understand the existing AdTech market needs and conduct market research to provide insights to facilitate the management team in making strategic business decisions
• Maintain close relationship with existing clients and provide insights on new features to fulfil clients’ needs and suggest improvement for our products
• Take a key role to identify potential market niche for new product development and explore opportunities within and beyond our customer base
• Perform pre-sales pitches (e.g., product application demo) and present the value proposition and competitive edge of our products and services
• Participate in events and trade shows to develop networks among the tech luminaries
  Work closely with our Marketing team to execute some of the go-to-market strategies
• Follow up quality leads to accelerate business growth

• Diploma holder or above
• Process strong commercial thinking and business acumen – able to highlight key product improvement to suit the market needs
• Self-motivated, cheerful, enthusiastic, hardworking, detail-minded and responsible
• Able to work independently and under pressure within tight deadline
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability in communicating with different levels of people
• Good communication skills across different levels among internal and external stakeholders
• Proven understanding of the Google Marketing Platform technologies, other ad tech products or SaaS technologies
• Good command of spoken Cantonese and written English & Chinese
• Basic IT Knowledge
• 2-5 years relevant working experience

We are looking for a Product Manager to spearhead commercialization of our fast-growing Advertising / AI platform and projects around Hong Kong Ad. Eco-System.

职责

• Research and evaluate technical trends in the industry.
• Define short to long term product vision and product strategy.
• Manage the product roadmap and backlog for HKAI product portfolios.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.
• User story writing, and assists in solution/feature development and user acceptance testing.
• Work with internal teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations and according to prioritization.

工作要求

• Ideally 5+ years of experience in product management or similar client-facing role.
• Former experience in frontend / backend development in either waterfall or agile methodologies or API design is highly desirable.
• Proven understanding of the Google Marketing Platform technologies, other ad tech products or SaaS technologies is a plus.
• Can-do attitude and confidence to strive for excellence. Strong logical thinking and data sensitivity.
• Good communication skills in Cantonese and English.

HKAI Limited is looking for a skillful AI Engineer to support our research and development (R&D) of AI model. You’ll operate across the full development lifecycle including model evaluation& implementation, model training, data processing and data pipeline.

职责

• Support the R&D of various AI software, tools, models, and algorithm.
• Study, collect data and analyze findings from recent academic publications and case studies, and adopt newly development trend of AI technology.
• Recommend latest AI-related application in overall architect by leveraging machine learning and deep learning techniques.
• Design, develop and optimize state-of-the-art intelligent system, neural network model, machine learning, deep learning, recommendation, random optimization algorithm and solutions.
• Design testing environments and experimental setups for the AI model.
• Propose and improve AI project research methodology, e.g. preliminary user testing results analysis and multi-center case-control studies.

工作要求

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT and AI areas.
• Experience in machine learning, deep learning, artificial intelligence, computer vision and other fields of development or scientific research.
• Good at dynamic programming will be a plus.
• Well understanding in data structure.
• A.I. Model validation.
• Deep Knowledge of AI services in major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, AliCloud, Azure) cloud and edge products and growth mindset to stay current on latest strategy and offerings.
